Our research has shown that appropriate and timely legal advice given initially is often sufficient to solve our client's problems.

This is what you have to do

Basic Service: £50.99
Filling out our on-line submission form and sending it to us will prompt an immediate response by our experts by e-mail with relevant solutions within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Negotiation Service, Letter Writing: £129.99
Want to recover money the money someone owes you? Are you having a problem with your landlord? Have you received a letter from another solicitor or organisation and do not know how to proceed? We have found that this service is often sufficient to deal with most pre-litigation matters. Usually the appropriate letter from a an adviser or lawyer is often sufficient to solve most of our clients problems. Our advisers and lawyers will draft the appropriate letter, outlining the correct legal position and send it recorded post to the individual or company concerned. Where necessary our team will make and receive telephone calls on your behalf, as a follow up to the initial action. We will then forward a copy of the letter to you and send you a report of its result.

Contract/Document Checking Service: £159.99
This service sufficiently deals with a whole series of basic documents that clients need checking. These can range from residential leases to business contracts and partnership agreements. As long as the document is under 2200 words our legal team will give you peace of mind by checking it and advising you by e-mail of its implications and which particular terms, conditions or clauses you should be aware of.

Contract/Document Drafting Service: £100 per 450 words
This service sufficiently deals with a whole series of basic documents that our clients need drafting. These can range from simple agreements between individuals to complicated business agreements.

Debt Recovery Service: £159.99 (Special Rates for Multiple Debt Recovery)
This service has given excellent results over recent years and is based on our "1-2-3 debt recovery system." This involves sending a series of three carefully drafted letters, beginning with a gentle reminder and ending with a notice before court action if the debt still remains unpaid. This method has a high success rate and helps to retain customers while recovering any debts.

Specialist  Packages: £150.00
Our clients have saved great expense by using our customised packages. These packages contain up to date guidance on how to deal with your situation and come complete with relevant application forms and professionally drafted letters. We have specialist packs on many subjects, ranging from divorce proceedings to disputes involving landlords and tenants.

Internet Law Legal Service Including Fully Drafted Web Site Terms and Conditions: £250.00
This service has proven invaluable to individuals and businesses that are setting up their own web sites. Our team will evaluate your web site and then provide legal advice on aspects ranging from the instruction of web designers to limiting third party liability. Our lawyers will then draft the appropriate terms and conditions needed for your web site.

The Charlton Legal Service: £179.99
The Charlton Legal Practice account offers 1 hour of legal work within our practice areas and up to 20 e-mail queries per year. This service sufficiently deals with basic pre-litigation matters. Only £279.99 per year to open the Charlton Legal Practiceaccount. 

Additional Service:
We may deal with more complicated issues on request. For example if you need a will, lease or contract and don't have the time to visit an office, we can assist you on-line with speed and efficiency. Please contact us for an estimate of costs.

How to make Payment

There will be a fixed fee of £50.99 for the basic service. This payment will cover the costs of our experts offering basic legal advice, information and solutions in the form of a one-off e-mail and reply. Any articles, documents, contact names and addresses which may prove useful to you will also be posted at no extra charge where appropriate. However, as you will appreciate for this fixed cost, we can not enter into any form of litigation or lengthy correspondence on your behalf.

If you wish to use any of our other services, then simply pay the appropriate fee, indicating the service you desire. We will then contact you if we need any further information.
